I rented a smallsize car last october. No negative experiences at all. There is a pick up at the airport and they will transfer you back to the airport once you return your car. As I understand it, it's a family owned business. They don't have a very large fleet and the cars are not that new, but I think they have very good prices and you are always fully insured. Besides they are 24/7 available whenever anything happens on your way.
Michel rent a car has a good reputation on the island. Michel also has a garage so things are well maintaine.
Michel's car rental is a great company! We have very good experience with them.
